摘　　要：学校老龄化教育具有科学的内涵,它对个体、家庭、社会及学科的发展有着不可替代的重要意义。然而,目前我国学校老龄化教育却面临着主导性、专业性、科学性和终身性等严重缺失的现实困境。为实现困境突围,政府应发挥统筹作用,从转变思想观念、加强科学研究和推动教育改革等三方面入手,引导并促进学校老龄化教育全面而有序的发展。The aging education in schooling has its scientific connotation and has irreplaceable significance for the development of individual,family,society and discipline.However,at present,China's aging education in schooling is facing a serious shortage of leadership,professionalism,science and life-long maintenance.In order to break out of the plight,the government should play a coordinating role to guide and promote the comprehensive and orderly development of aging education in schooling from three aspects:changing ideas,strengthening scientific research and promoting education reform.
