摘　　要：党的十八大以来,习近平总书记对教育和教师队伍建设做出了重要论述。教育家精神引领高校教师队伍建设具有重要意义,高质量教师队伍的发展需要教育家精神引领。这是推进教育强国、人才强国的重要动力。以教育家精神引领高校教师队伍建设的实践路径主要包括以下几个方面:高校教师要有“心有大我、至诚报国”的教育家精神;高校教师要以“启智润心、因材施教”的教育家精神传承中华优秀传统文化;高校教师要以“乐教爱生、甘于奉献”的教育家精神严谨笃学;高校教师要坚持教育家精神的“胸怀天下、以文化人”的弘道追求;高校教师要以教育家精神改革创新。Since the 18th CPC National Congress,the CPC Central Committee's General Secretary Xi Jinping has made important remarks on education and the construction of teachers.It is of great significance for the spirit of educators to guide the construction of college teachers,and the development of high quality teachers needs the educators'spirit to lead.This is an important driving force for promoting education and talent development.The practice of leading the construction of university teachers with the spirit of educators mainly includes the following aspects:college teachers should have the educator spirit of“having the heart and serving the country with utmost sincerity”;Inherit the excellent Chinese culture with the educator spirit of“enlightening the intellect and nourishing the heart and teaching students according to their aptitude”;Be rigorous and sincere in learning with the educator spirit of“loving life and being willing to contribute”;Adhere to the pursuit of“mind the world and culture people”in the spirit of educators;And reform and innovate with the spirit of educators.
