以教育家精神引领我国职业教育高质量发展

摘　　要：职业教育在教育强国战略中扮演着举足轻重的角色。当前职业教育面临社会评价低、产教融合不足、数字化转型要求迫切、师资力量有限等新挑战。面对新形势新任务新要求,我国职业教育高质量发展需要有效有力的举措,更需要强大的精神内涵引领。提出了以教育家精神为导向的改革策略,强调了教育家的责任感、创新意识和人文关怀对于职业教育质量提升的重要性。通过坚持思想引领、校企联动增效、推动数字化变革、加强师资力量等措施来构建一个多元参与、协同发展的职业教育生态系统,促进教育家精神在职业教育领域的深度融合与切实践行,引领职业教育高质量发展。Vocational education plays a crucial role in the strategy of building a strong an education superpower.Currently,vocational education faces new challenges including low social recognition,insufficient industry-education integration,urgent demands for digital transformation,and limited teaching resources.In response to new situations,tasks,and requirements,high-quality development of China’s vocational education needs effective and robust measures,and more importantly,strong spiritual guidance.This paper proposes reform strategies guided by the spirit of educators,emphasizing the importance of educators’sense of responsibility,innovative consciousness,and humanistic care in improving vocational education quality.Through measures such as maintaining ideological guidance,enhancing schoolenterprise collaboration,promoting digital transformation,and strengthening faculty resources,the paper aims to build a vocational education ecosystem featuring diverse participation and collaborative development.These efforts seek to promote the deep integration and practical implementation of educators’spirit in vocational education,leading to highquality development of vocational education.
