摘 要:在职业教育改革背景下,师资队伍建设至关重要。传统师资培训存在针对性不强、效果难以量化等问题,基于结果导向教育理念的师资培训项目设计为解决这些问题提供了科学路径。通过分析OBE理念的理论框架及其与传统教育的差异,提出基于OBE理念的装备制造类专业师资培训项目设计思路,包括明确培训目标、制定课程体系、采用多元化教学方法及评估方式。结合“技能大赛成果导向”和“职业资格证书导向”两个装备制造类培训实践案例,展示了OBE理念在提升教师专业技能、教学能力和推动教育教学改革中的显著成效。研究表明,基于OBE理念的师资培训项目能够有效提升教师的教学水平与实践能力,为职业教育师资队伍建设提供创新实践参考。To address challenges such as insufficient specialization,difficulty in quantifying outcomes,and incomplete evaluation mechanisms in the current training programs for vocational education teachers in equipment manufacturing disciplines,this study integrates the Outcome-Based Education(OBE)framework into the design of teacher training programs.By analyzing the professional competency requirements of teachers in equipment manufacturing disciplines and incorporating the concept of“outcomes”into all stages of training—including goal setting,curriculum design,and evaluation mechanisms—this study proposes a systematic framework for teacher training based on OBE.This approach ensures the specificity and practicality of training objectives while providing clear standards for evaluation.The research findings aim to provide theoretical guidance and practical references for the professional development of vocational education teachers in the equipment manufacturing field.
