摘　　要：高职院校是技术技能人才的主要培养基地,通过系统的职业教育和培训,学生可以掌握必要的专业知识和操作技能。闽西职业技术学院风景园林设计专业围绕学生的实践技能和综合素养培养,通过加强思想政治教育,优化人才培养体系,强化实践教学,打造高素质“双师型”教师队伍,探索高职风景园林设计专业技术技能人才培养的实践路径,全面综合地培养学生的实践技能、工匠精神、创新意识、创业能力,使学生的技术技能和综合素养与社会需求紧密衔接,以适应行业发展需要。Vocational colleges are the main training bases for technical and skilled talents,and through systematic vocational education and training,students can master the necessary professional knowledge and operational skills.Focusing on the cultivation of students’practical skills and comprehensive literacy,the Landscape Architecture Design Major of Minxi Vocational and Technical College focuses on the cultivation of students’practical skills and comprehensive literacy,through strengthening ideological education,optimizing the talent training system,strengthening practical teaching,building a team of dual-qualification teachers,exploring the practical path of the training mode of professional and technical skills in Landscape Architecture Design Major in higher vocational schools,and comprehensively cultivating students’practical skills,craftsman spirit,innovation consciousness and entrepreneurial ability,so that students’technical skills and comprehensive literacy are closely connected with social needs to meet the needs of industry development.
