摘  要:作为中国著名教育家,陈望道在教育实践中,尤其是在主持复旦大学校政期间,形成了一套丰富的立德树人思想体系。陈望道坚持学生本位、好学力行、政治忠诚的理念,运用问题启发法、典礼育人法、实践锻炼法,助力学生成长为马克思主义的忠诚信奉者和坚定实践者。陈望道立德树人思想及实践对当前落实新时代立德树人工程、建设教育强国有重要的参考意义和借鉴价值:要在教育活动中涵养政治忠诚的品性,重视科研的德育功效,并将劳动教育纳入人才培养体系。As a renowned Chinese educator,Chen Wangdao developed a profound philosophy of moral and ethical education in practice during his tenure presiding over the administration of Fudan University.Adhering to the principles of student-centric education,diligent learning in resolute practice,and political loyalty,Chen implemented innovative pedagogical approaches including problem-based heuristic pedagogy,ritual ceremonies as moral cultivation,and practice-oriented training to empower students to become devoted adherents and steadfast practitioners of Marxism.This ideology and practice provide good implications for advancing the New Era Project of Fostering Moralities and Ethics through Education and Building China into an Education Powerhouse in an effort to cultivate political loyalty in educational activities as a cardinal virtue,leverage the moral educational efficacy of scientific research,and integrate labor education into the talent cultivation system.
