摘　　要：中国传统医德是中华优秀传统文化的重要组成部分,与医学院校思想政治理论课在核心内容上相关联、在价值追求上相一致、在人格目标上相契合,是医学院校思政课可以充分利用的教学资源。医学院校思政课教师可以借助当前“大思政课”育人格局、思政课程与课程思政的双向互动,充分发挥协同育人作用,通过教学主体的协同、教学资源的挖掘、课堂内外的结合、教学过程的贯通、品牌特色的打造等方面,将中国传统医德融入医学院校思政课教学。这既有助于增强医学院校思政课的针对性和影响力,培养价值观正确、道德品质高尚的医卫人才,也有助于运用思政课堂弘扬中华优秀传统文化,是在课堂教学中将马克思主义基本原理同中华优秀传统文化相结合的重要途径。Traditional Chinese medical ethics is an important component of Chinese excellent traditional culture,which is related to the core content,consistent in value pursuit,and compatible with personality goals of Ideological&Political theory courses in medical colleges.It is a teaching resource that can be fully utilized in Ideological&Political courses in medical colleges.Teachers of Ideological&Political courses in medical colleges can leverage the current"Great Ideological&Political Course"education pattern,the two-way interaction between Ideological&Political courses and Ideological&Political education,and fully exert the role of collaborative education.Through the collaboration of teaching subjects,the exploration of teaching resources,the combination of inside and outside the classroom,the integration of teaching processes,and the creation of brand characteristics,traditional Chinese medical ethics can be integrated into the teaching of Ideological&Political courses in medical colleges.This not only helps to enhance the pertinence and influence of Ideological&Political courses in medical colleges,cultivate medical and health personnel with correct values and noble moral qualities,but also helps to use Ideological&Political classrooms to promote Chinese excellent traditional culture.It is an important way to combine the basic principles of Marxism with Chinese excellent traditional culture in classroom teaching.
