摘 要:目的探讨基于微信平台的PBL教学法联合阶段式OSCE考核在临床带教中的应用效果。方法选取于2023年4—9月在徐州医科大学附属医院心内科实习的36名护生为对照组,2023年10月—2024年3月实习的34名护生为干预组,两组实习时间均为4周。对照组采用传统教学法,干预组采用基于微信平台的PBL教学法联合阶段式OSCE考核。比较两组护生出科理论和操作成绩、评判性思维能力、实习满意度。结果(1)干预组出科理论和操作考试成绩均高于对照组(P<0.001);(2)实习结束后,除系统化能力维度之外,干预组评判性思维能力测量表其他维度得分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05);(3)干预组对临床实习带教在临床实践指导、实习计划方面的满意度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论基于微信平台的PBL教学法联合阶段式OSCE考核在心内科临床带教中应用效果显著,有利于提高实习护生的综合素质和教学满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of PBL teaching method based on WeChat platform combined with period OSCE examination in clinical teaching.Methods 36 nursing students who interned in the cardiology department of the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from April to September 2023 were selected as the control group,and 34 nursing students who interned from October 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the intervention group.Both groups had a 4-week internship period.The control group received the traditional teaching method,and the intervention group received the PBL teaching method based on WeChat platform and period OSCE assessment.Compare the theoretical and operational performance of graduating from the department,critical thinking ability,and internship satisfaction of two groups of nursing students.Results(1)The intervention group had higher scores in both theoretical and operational performance of graduating from the department than the control group(P<0.001);(2)after the internship,except for the systematic ability dimension,the intervention group's total scores and scores of other dimensions of Critical Thinking Ability Measurement Table were higher than the control group's(P<0.05);(3)the intervention group's satisfaction score with clinical internship teaching in clinical practice guidance and internship plans was significantly higher than control group's(P<0.001).Conclusion PBL teaching method based on WeChat platform combined with period OSCE assessment has a significant effect in clinical teaching of cardiology department,which is conducive to improving the comprehensive quality and teaching satisfaction of nursing interns.
