摘 要:目的探讨PBL联合视频反馈教学法在本科生心肺复苏教学中的应用效果。方法选取首都医科大学2023年和2024年进行外科学心肺复苏教学的两个班级共50名本科生作为研究对象,2023年和2024年教学的班级分别为对照组和试验组,每组25名学生。对照组采用传统教学法,试验组采用PBL联合视频反馈教学法。课后进行理论考核、操作技能考核和问卷调查对教学效果进行评价。结果试验组学生的理论和操作技能考核成绩均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。问卷调查显示,试验组学生对学习兴趣激发、课堂气氛良好、课堂效率提高、问题解决能力提升、临床思维能力提升、团队协作能力提升的满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PBL联合视频反馈教学法在本科生心肺复苏教学中能够显著提升教学效果,学生反馈良好,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of PBL combined with video feedback teaching method in undergraduates'cardiopulmonary resuscitation teaching.Methods A total of 50 undergraduates from two classes at Capital Medical University who will be teaching surgical cardiopulmonary resuscitation in 2023 and 2024 were selected as the research subjects.The classes taught in 2023 and 2024 will be the control group and the experimental group,with 25 students in each group.The control group received traditional teaching method,while the experimental group received PBL combined with video feedback teaching method.After class,theoretical assessment,operational skills assessment,and questionnaire survey will be conducted to evaluate the teaching effectiveness.Results The theoretical and operational skills assessment scores of the experimental group students were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The questionnaire survey showed that students'satisfaction in experimental group with the stimulation of learning interest,good classroom atmosphere,improved classroom efficiency,enhanced problem-solving ability,improved clinical thinking ability,and enhanced teamwork ability were all higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The PBL combined with video feedback teaching method can significantly improve the teaching effect in undergraduates'cardiopulmonary resuscitation teaching,with good student feedback and worthy of promotion and application.
