摘 要:目的探讨“三三三模式”在高职护生人文关怀能力培养中的应用效果。方法2023年1月至2024年1月,采用抽签法按班级随机整群抽样,抽取无锡卫生高等职业技术学校6个班273名高职护生分为对照组和实验组。对照组采用传统教学法,实验组采用“三三三模式”,对两组护生进行人文关怀能力的培养,教学研究为期1年。比较两组护理伦理学理论成绩、护理伦理决策能力及人文关怀能力。结果教学结束后,实验组护理伦理学理论成绩,护理伦理决策能力总分及各维度得分和人文关怀能力总分及理解、勇气两个维度的得分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论“三三三模式”有助于提高护生的护理伦理学理论成绩、护理伦理决策能力及人文关怀能力,值得在教学中推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of"333 model"in the cultivation of higher vocational nursing students'humanistic care ability.Methods From January 2023 to January 2024,a random cluster sampling method was used to select 273 higher vocational nursing students from 6 classes at Wuxi Higher Health Vocational Technology Sclool,divided into control group and experimental group.The traditional teaching method was used in the control group,and the"333 model"was used in the experimental group to cultivate nursing students'humanistic care ability in two groups.The teaching research lasted for a year.Compared the theoretical achievements,nursing ethics decision-making ability,and humanistic care abilities of two groups in nursing ethics.Results After the teaching,the experimental group's scores in nursing ethics theory,total score and scores of each dimension of nursing ethics decision-making ability,and total score and scores of understanding and courage dimensions of humanistic care ability were better than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The"333 model"is helpful to improve the theoretical achievements of nursing ethics,the decision-making ability of nursing ethics and nursing students'humanistic care ability,and it is worth popularizing and applying in teaching.
