摘  要:目的了解高职助产专业护生对虚拟仿真实验教学的真实体验,为教师更好地实施虚拟仿真实验教学提供参考。方法采用目的抽样法,选取2023年5—6月济南市3所院校的16名高职助产专业护生进行半结构式访谈,采用内容分析法分析访谈资料并提炼主题。结果提炼出高职助产专业护生对虚拟仿真实验教学体验的3个主题:激发了助产专业护生的学习兴趣;提高了助产专业护生的临床岗位胜任力;助产专业护生对虚拟仿真实验教学的建议和启发。结论虚拟仿真实验教学给高职助产专业护生带来了积极体验,但还需针对教学不足进行改进与完善,以提高教学质量。Objective To learn the real experience of nursing students majoring in midwifery in higher vocational college in virtual simulation experiment teaching,and provide reference for teachers to better implement virtual simulation experiment teaching.Methods With the method of objective sampling,16 nursing students majoring in midwifery in higher vocational colleges in Jinan City from May to June 2023 were selected for semi-structured interviews,and the interview data were analysis with the method of content analysis and the themes were extracted.Results Three themes of virtual simulation experiment teaching experience for nursing students majoring in midwifery in higher vocational college were extracted:stimulating the learning interest of midwifery nursing students,improving the clinical competence of midwifery nursing students,receiving advice and inspirations of midwifery nursing students on virtual simulation experiment teaching.Conclusion Virtual simulation experiment teaching has brought positive experiences to nursing students majoring in midwifery in higher vocational colleges,but further improvement and perfection are needed to address teaching shortcomings and enhance teaching quality.
