摘 要:目的探讨基于线上线下的全程导师制在护生科研能力培养中的应用效果。方法随机抽取湖南医药学院护理学院2019级护理学专业两个行政班学生为实验组,采用基于线上线下的全程导师制教学模式;抽取2018级护理学专业两个行政班学生为对照组,采用传统教学模式。授课结束后,比较两组护生护理研究理论成绩、毕业论文成绩,并采用护理人员科研能力自评量表、批判性思维态度倾向性测量表评价两组护生的科研能力及批判性思维能力。结果实验组护理研究理论成绩、毕业论文中研究型论文比例均高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组科研能力总分和各维度得分以及批判性思维能力中的分析能力得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于线上线下的全程导师制能提高护生的护理研究理论成绩、研究型论文比例、科研能力及分析能力,可以推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of online and offline-based full mentor-system in cultivation of nursing students'scientific research ability.Methods Two administrative classes of nursing students of Grade 2019 of Hunan University of Medicine,School of Nursing were randomly selected as the experimental group,and the online and offline-based full mentor-system teaching model was adopted.Two administrative classes of nursing students of Grade 2018 were selected as the control group,and the traditional teaching model was adopted.After the teaching,the nursing research theory scores and thesis scores of the two groups were compared,and the Self-assessment Scale of Nursing Personnel's Scientific Research Ability and the Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory-Chinese Version were used to evaluate nursing students'scientific research ability and critical thinking ability in two groups.Results The nursing research theory scores and the proportion of research papers in the thesis of the experimental group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The total score of scientific research ability and the scores of each dimension as well as the score of analytical ability in critical thinking ability of the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The online and offline-based full mentor-system can improve nursing students'nursing research theory scores,the proportion of research papers,scientific research ability and analytical ability,and can be popularized and applied.
