摘　　要：初中学业水平考试经历了从知识立意、能力立意到素养立意的发展历程。基于核心素养的中考命题,将正确的价值观、必备品格纳入评价内容,强调考查历史知识的联系与贯通,考查新情境下解决问题的能力,要充分发挥不同题型的考查功能,严格控制试题难度。中考命题的探索与改革引导历史教学方式的变革,教学要以发展学生的核心素养为目标,以深化历史理解为着力点,以学科实践活动为素养提升路径。The junior high school academic proficiency examination has undergone a development process from knowledge-based assessment to competence-based assessment and,ultimately,to literacy-oriented assessment.The core literacy-based exam design integrates correct values and essential character traits into the evaluation criteria,emphasizing the connection and integration of historical knowledge as well as the ability to solve problems in new contexts.It is crucial to fully utilize the functions of different question types while strictly controlling the difficulty level of exam questions.The exploration and reform of exam design guide the transformation of history teaching methods,which should aim at developing students'core literacy,deepening historical understanding,and enhancing literacy through subject-specific practical activities.
