摘　　要：该文旨在探讨小学体育教师团队协作模式对学生综合素质提升的影响。通过文献综述和实证研究,分析了团队协作模式在小学体育教育中的重要性,并探讨其对学生身体素质、认知素质、情感素质和社交素质等方面的影响。研究结果表明,采用有效的团队协作模式可以显著提升学生的综合素质水平,促进学生全面发展。The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of team cooperation mode of primary school PE teachers on the improvement of students'comprehensive quality.Through literature review and empirical research,this paper analyzes the importance of teamwork mode in primary school physical education,and probes into its influence on students'physical quality,cognitive quality,emotional quality and social quality.The results show that adopting effective teamwork mode can significantly improve students'comprehensive quality level and promote their all-round development.
