摘　　要：新时代职业教育坚持立德树人、德技并修的根本原则,强调将思政教育融入专业课程,实现专业课程与思政课程同向同行。该文以《体育概论》课程为例,首先介绍了课程思政的教学设计,从国家社会层面、个人修养层面、体育精神层面挖掘思政元素,完善课程思政地图索引;然后通过线上线下结合的教学模式及多样化的教学方法,阐述了课程思政的教学实施过程;最后通过问卷调查和数理统计法论证了课程思政的教学评价与成效。结论显示,课程思政的开展在提升了学生综合素质的同时,也很大程度上让学生树立了未来职业的信心,真正实现“以体思政”助力“以体育人”的目标。Vocational education in the new era adheres to the fundamental principles of cultivating morality and fostering character as well as nurturing both virtue and skills.It emphasizes integrating ideological and political education into professional courses to achieve the synchronization and cooperation between professional courses and ideological and political courses.Taking the course of"Introduction to Sports"as an example,this article first introduces the teaching design of ideological and political education in courses,exploring ideological and political elements from the national and social level,personal cultivation level,and sports spirit level,and improving the map index of ideological and political courses.Then,it expounds the teaching implementation process of ideological and political education in courses through a combination of online and offline teaching modes and diversified teaching methods.Finally,the teaching evaluation and effectiveness of ideological and political education in courses are demonstrated through questionnaire surveys and mathematical statistics.The conclusion shows that the implementation of ideological and political education in courses has not only improved the comprehensive quality of students,but also greatly established confidence in future careers,truly achieving the goal of"combining physical education with ideological and political education"to promote"educating people through sports."
