摘  要:产教融合组织是保障产教融合在推进和深化过程中的必然诉求,在促进教育链、人才链与产业链、创新链融合发展中发挥关键作用。从组织社会学视角审视,可一窥产教融合组织在组织间的市场关系阶段会由于“有限理性”“小数现象”“信息不对称”以及“不确定性”造成主体认知偏差致使决策行为短视化;主体治理失序导致产教融合协作过程形式化;主体资源失衡产生的优质资源流动阻滞化;身份冲突导致的主体认同松散化等困境。当前产教融合组织发展应从传统合格向精益创新转变,具体包括以多元共治赋能产教主体行动共识、以规制性要素形塑产教主体行为规范、以数智技术畅通产教资源要素流动、以价值文化凝聚产教场域角色认同的纾解路径。促使产教融合组织向组织内科层关系的适度回归,产教融合各主体深度嵌入,有效规避社会主义市场经济体制下产教融合组织发展的不确定性和复杂性。The organization of production-education integration is an inevitable demand in the process of promoting and deepening of production-education integration.It plays a key role in promoting the integration and development of the education chain,talent chain and industrial chain,and innovation chain.From the perspective of organizational sociology,examining these organizations reveals several challenges within market relationships between organizations due to"bounded rationality""the small numbers phenomenon""information asymmetry"and"uncertainty",These factors result in cognitive biases leading to short-term behaviors,disordered governance causing formalization of integration collaboration process,imbalances in resources hindering the flow of quality resources,and role-identity conflicts resulting in loosened role identification.Nowadays,the organizations should transition from traditional compliance to lean innovation,which specifically include building collaborative consensus among stakeholders via multi-governance empowerment,shaping the behavioral norms of industry and education entities through regulatory elements,facilitating the flow of resources through digital and intelligent technologies,and uniting role identities through value culture.This approach encourages a moderate return to hierarchical organizational relations within integration entities,facilitating the deep embedding of all integration stakeholders and effectively mitigating the uncertainties and complexities in the development of integration organizations under the socialist market economy system.
