摘  要:以嘉定区本地乡土资源——南翔水生态公园为依托,组织学生实地采集水样,带回实验室进行深入观察与分析,引导学生通过科学方法探究“池塘水中除了肉眼可见的生物之外,是否也存在肉眼看不到的微小生物”。实验活动从“分区观察,培养严谨细致的实验态度”“数字化加持,将观察结果可视化”“图鉴资料辅助,认识池塘生物的多样性”和“水样采集与处理,提高实验观察效果”几个方面进行了设计。以提升学生的科学素养,培养学生勇于探索未知、敢于挑战的精神。Relying on Nanxiang Water Ecological Park,a local resource of Jiading District,we organizes students to collect water samples on site,which are then brought back to the laboratory for in-depth observation and analysis.We guide students to explore by scientific methods whether there are microorganisms in pond water that are not visible to the naked eye,apart from those visible.The experimental activities are designed around several aspects:“zoning-based observation to cultivate an experimental attitude of accuracy and strictness”,“digital empowerment to visualize observation results”,“supplement with illustrated materials to understand the diversity of organisms in ponds”,and“water sample collection and treatment to improve observation effectiveness.”The aim is to enhance students'scientific literacy and foster their spirit of exploration and willingness to meet challenges.
