摘  要:教育家精神是对新时代教育工作者的品质凝练和时代要求,也是建设高素质专业化教师队伍的实践指南。从历史演进看,教育家精神有中华传统师道文化的精神滋养、近现代教育救国思想的实践拓展和中国共产党百年奋斗的红色基因3条基本脉络;从理论内涵上讲,教育家精神包括政治立场、道德品质、职业素养、专业路径、教育情怀、格局境界6个维度,体现了新时代党和国家对教师的更高道德要求;从实践路径上讲,传承弘扬教育家精神,要从国家政策、教育系统、社会氛围、个体实践4个层面协同发力。On the occasion of the 39th Teachers'Day,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed and elaborated on the spirit of educators.The spirit of educators is a condensed quality of educators in the new era and a requirement of the times,as well as a practical guide for building a high-quality and professional teaching team.From the perspective of historical evolution,the spirit of educators has three basic threads:the traditional Chinese teacher culture,the practical expansion of modern education to save the nation,and the red gene of the century struggle of the CPC;In terms of theoretical connotation,the spirit of educators includes six dimensions:poltical stance,moral qualities,professional competence,professional path,educational sentiment,and pattern realm,reflecting the higher moral requirements of the Party and the state for teachers in the new era;In terms of practical path,to inherit and promote the spirit of educators,efforts should be made from four levels:national policies,education system,social atmosphere,and individual practice.
