摘　　要：以湖北茶区典型欧标茶园春、夏、秋3季机采鲜叶为试验材料,探讨鲜叶分级和揉捻叶分级两种不同分级加工方式对烘青绿茶的成茶率、精制率和产品经济效益的影响。试验结果表明,相较于未分级处理,采用鲜叶分级加工可使春茶经济效益提升21.50%、夏茶经济效益提升不明显,秋茶经济效益提升15.71%;采用揉捻叶分级加工可使春茶经济效益增长2.08%、夏茶经济效益增长6.61%、秋茶经济效益增长4.84%。研究表明,对于春、秋季机采原料采用鲜叶分级加工方式,对于夏季机采原料采用揉捻叶分级加工方式生产烘青绿茶具有明显的提质增效效果。Using spring,summer,and autumn machine-harvested fresh leaves from a typical EU-standard tea gardens in Hubei tea-growing region as experimental materials,this study investigated the effects of two grading approachesfresh leaf grading(pre-processing)and rolled-leaf grading(post-rolling)on the tea yield,refining rate,and economic benefits of basket-fired green tea production.The test results showed that,compared with non-graded treatment,the use of pre-processing could increase the economic benefits of spring tea by 21.50%,while the increase in the economic benefits of summer tea was not obvious,and the economic benefits of autumn tea could be increased by 15.71%.The use of post-rolling could increase the economic benefits of spring tea by 2.08%,the economic benefits of summer tea by 6.61%,and the economic benefits of autumn tea by 4.84%.The study demonstrates that the fresh leaf grading processing method for spring and autumn machine-harvested raw materials,and the rolling leaf grading processing method for summer machine picked raw materials have obvious quality improvement and efficiency increase effect.
