摘  要:目的探讨思维导图结合PBL教学模式在呼吸科见习带教中的应用效果。方法选取2017级在呼吸科见习的60名护理本科学生作为对象。分为两组,每组30人。实验组接受思维导图联合PBL教育,对照组接受传统教育。见习结束后,评估两组学生的考试成绩、能力提升及教学满意度。结果与对照组比较,观察组的理论考试成绩、实践考试成绩及综合考试成绩更优秀(P<0.05);创新能力、自主学习能力、学习内容理解、学习兴趣均显著提升(P<0.05);各项教学满意度评估分数及总分均升高(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论呼吸科见习带教中使用思维导图与PBL相结合,可以更好地激发学生学习兴趣,提高学生分析问题和解决问题的临床实践能力。Objective To explore the application effect of mind mapping combined with PBL teaching mode in respiratory internship teaching.Method Sixty nursing undergraduate students who were interning in the respiratory department in 2017 were selected as the subjects.Divide into two groups of 30 people each.The experimental group received mind mapping combined with PBL education,while the control group received traditional education.After the internship,evaluate the exam scores,ability improvement,and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of students.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had better theoretical exam scores,practical exam scores,and comprehensive exam scores(P<0.05);Innovation ability,self-learning ability,understanding of learning content,and learning interest all significantly improved(P<0.05);The scores and total scores of various teaching satisfaction evaluations have all increased(P<0.05),which is statistically significant.Conclusion The combination of mind mapping and PBL in respiratory internship teaching can better stimulate students'interest in learning and improve their clinical practice abilities in analyzing and solving problems.
