摘  要:永磁悬浮交通系统利用Halbach永磁阵列之间的磁斥力实现被动悬浮,因此开发基于多自由度空间姿态的磁力快速准确计算方法对永磁悬浮交通车辆动力学预测评估具有重要意义。文章通过参考兴国县永磁悬浮交通系统,建立了长度100 mm车载永磁阵列最小悬浮单元的三维磁场有限元模型,计算不同悬浮间隙、不同横移量、不同点头角、不同侧滚角、不同摇头角条件下的磁力和磁力矩,形成与磁力和位姿参数关联的数据集;采用神经网络回归算法建立基于永磁阵列单元多自由度姿态的空间磁轨力计算代理模型。结果表明,所建立的代理模型对永磁阵列单元的磁力预测结果准确度高,拟合优度达到0.99以上;预测长度600 mm车载永磁悬浮模块的整体合力和合力矩也具有很高的精度。研究成果可为永磁悬浮交通车辆系统动力学仿真提供重要支持。The permanent magnet levitation(PML)transportation system employs magnetic repulsion between Halbach permanent magnet arrays to achieve passive levitation.Developing a method for rapidly and accurately calculating magnetic forces,which considers multi-degree-of-freedom spatial attitudes,is essential for the dynamic prediction and assessment of PML vehicles.In this study,a threedimensional finite element model of the magnetic field was established,to simulate a 100 mm long minimum levitation unit of vehiclemounted permanent magnet arrays,based on the PML transportation system in Xingguo County.The magnetic forces and torques were then calculated under various conditions,including levitation gaps,lateral offsets,pitch angles,roll angles,and yaw angles,resulting in a dataset that correlates magnetic forces with position and attitude parameters.Additionally,a surrogate model for calculating spatial magnetic track forces was developed using a neural network regression algorithm,which accommodates the multi-degree-of-freedom attitudes of the permanent magnet array unit.The results indicate that the surrogate model accurately predicts magnetic forces for the permanent magnet array unit,achieving a goodness of fit exceeding 0.99.Furthermore,the predicted overall resultant and corresponding torque for the 600 mm long vehicle-mounted PML module also demonstrate high accuracy.These research findings provide significant support for the dynamic simulation of transportation vehicle systems.
