以产教融合促进高职思政教育高质量发展的实践路径探析——以上海海事职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：新时代对高职思想政治教育提出了高质量发展的要求。产教融合与高职思政教育互通互融,强化并促进了思政教育“人本、实践”等多重价值的实现,对高职思政教育的高质量发展起着重要的支撑和促进作用。以上海海事职业技术学院为例,学校以优秀企业文化为载体,以“品牌项目”为着力点,多措并举,三全育人,强化“人本+实践+内容+目标”四重价值的实现,探索以产教融合促进高职思政教育高质量发展的实践路径,提高了思政育人的针对性、有效性、创新性和发展性,思政教育的高质量发展成效初显。The new era puts forward the requirement of high-quality development for ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges.The integration of industry and education is interconnected and integrated with ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges,which strengthens and promotes the realization of multiple values such as“human-centered”and“practical”in ideological and political education,and plays an important supporting and promoting role in the high-quality development of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges.Taking Shanghai Maritime Academy as an example,it takes excellent corporate culture as the carrier and“brand projects”as the focal point,and takes multiple measures to implement the Three-All-Around Education,strengthen the realization of the four-fold values of“human-centered+practical+content+goal”,explore the practical path of promoting the high-quality development of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges through the integration of industry and education,improve the pertinence,effectiveness,innovation and development of ideological and political education,and the initial results of the high-quality development of ideological and political education are emerging.
