摘  要:探究义务教育学校校长课程领导力、学校组织气氛对办学活力的影响。对某市209名中小学教师进行了问卷调查,结果显示:义务教育学校校长课程领导力显著正向影响办学活力,学校组织气氛显著正向影响办学活力,校长课程领导力显著正向影响学校组织气氛,校长课程领导力以学校组织气氛为中介影响办学活力。建设有效课程文化体系,提升校长课程领导力;营造和谐的学校组织气氛,激发学生的学习活力;提升学校内生动力和能力,释放学校办学活力。This study explores the impact of leadership of principals in curriculum and school organizational atmosphere on the vitality of education in compulsory education schools.A questionnaire survey was conducted on 209 primary and secondary school teachers in a certain city,and the results showed that the leadership of principals in curriculum in compulsory education school significantly positively affects the school-running vitality,and the school organizational atmosphere also significantly positively affects the school-running vitality.Moreover,the leadership of principals in curriculum significantly positively affects the school organizational atmosphere,and the leadership of principals in curriculum is mediated by the school organizational atmosphere to affect the school-running vitality.We should building an effective curriculum culture system to enhancing the leadership of principal in curriculum;create a harmonious school organizational atmosphere to stimulate students'learning vitality;enhance the internal motivation and abilities of the school to unleash the school-running vitality.
