摘　　要：新的时代背景下,享乐主义、拜金主义、极端个人主义思潮对职业院校德育建设产生巨大冲击。针对职业院校德育课程教学内容与教学方法单一、职业导向缺位、在校生职业价值导向偏离等问题,以本然、应然、实然3个维度下目的、潜能、理性等12个核心品质为基本架构,从课程目标定位、课程内容设计、教学方法创新、教学资源整合、教学评价创新方面创建符合新时代特征的职业院校“职业伦理教育”课程,全面提升学生的职业素养和伦理意识。In the context of the new era,hedonism,materialism,and extreme individualism have had a huge impact on the moral education construction of vocational colleges.In response to the problems of single teaching content and methods,lack of vocational orientation,and deviation of vocational value orientation among students in vocational colleges’moral education courses,based on the 12 core qualities including purpose,potential,and rationality from the three dimensions of nature,should be,and reality,a vocational college“vocational ethics education”course that conforms to the characteristics of the new era is created from the aspects of course goal positioning,course content design,teaching method innovation,teaching resource integration,and teaching evaluation innovation,which can comprehensively enhance students’professional literacy and ethical awareness.
