基于当代工匠精神的景德镇陶瓷职业教育传承路径研究

摘　　要：在工业化与全球化的背景下,传统手工技艺面临着传承断层与人才流失的危机。当代工匠精神强调精益求精、敬业奉献与创新精神,为陶瓷职业教育的改革提供了新的价值导向。本文通过分析景德镇陶瓷职业教育的现状及存在的问题,提出了基于工匠精神的传承路径,包括课程设计优化、师资力量提升、实践教学创新及产学研结合的探索。研究表明,工匠精神不仅是陶瓷技艺传承的关键,也能有效推动景德镇陶瓷文化的现代化转型与国际化传播。In the context of industrialization and globalization,traditional handicraft skills are facing the crisis of inheritance fault and brain drain.The spirit of contemporary craftsmen emphasizes excellence,dedication and innovation,which provides a new value orientation for the reform of ceramic vocational education.By analyzing the current situation and existing problems of ceramic vocational education in Jingdezhen,this paper proposes a inheritance path based on the spirit of craftsmen,including the optimization of curriculum design,the improvement of teachers,the innovation of practical teaching and the exploration of the combination of production,education and research.The research shows that the spirit of craftsmanship is not only the key to the inheritance of ceramic skills,but also can effectively promote the modernization and internationalization of Jingdezhen ceramic culture.
