跨文化交际语言行为中的语用失误研究——以中国—西班牙交际为例

摘　　要：语用失误是指语言使用者在特定语境下未能正确运用语言规则,表现为形式或功能上的偏差。这种偏差不仅反映了语言知识的不足,更深层次上揭示了文化理解的局限性。通过列举中国—西班牙跨文化交际中的一些语言行为的失误现象,探究其原因发现,主要是双方拥有不同的文化价值观、不同的思维模式和不一样的民俗习惯,还有一个因素,就是外语使用者在使用目的语时由于母语和母语文化的影响而套用母语语用规则的现象,称为负语用迁移现象。应对策略是,增强跨文化交际意识及技能,切实提高语用能力。Pragmatic failure refers to the improper use of language rules by speakers in specific contexts,manifested as deviations in form or function.Pragmatic failure reflects not only a lack of language knowledge but also,more profoundly,limitations in cultural understanding.Through analyzing some language behavior failures in China-Spanish cross-cultural communication,it is found that the main reasons are as follows:different cultural values,different thinking patterns,and different folk customs.Additionally,there is a phenomenon called negative pragmatic transfer,where foreign language users apply the pragmatic rules of their native language when using the target language as a result of the influence of their native language and culture.The strategy to address this is to enhance cross-cultural communication awareness and skills,and effectively improve pragmatic competence.
