摘  要:环境工程专业亟需复合型、创新型、应用型人才。本文介绍首都师范大学资源环境与旅游学院环境工程专业硕士学位在修订培养方案,打造教学案例,施行双导师制度和建设实践基地等方面的联合培养特色,并对未来发展提出建议。可加大投入力度,强化组织管理和深化产学研用融合,促进校企、校院(所)间协同育人机制长效发展。以期提高环境工程专业学位硕士研究生的培养质量、创新与实践能力,为行业输送高层次、复合型管理与工程技术人才。Environmental engineering is in urgent need of compound,innovative and applied talents.This paper introduces the characteristics of the joint training of the master’s degree of environmental engineering in College of Resource Environment and Tourism of Capital Normal University,such as revising training program,creating teaching cases,implementing double tutor system and building practice bases,and discusses the suggestions for future development.It can increase investment,strengthen organizational management,and deepen the integration of industry,academia,research and application,and promoting the long-term development of the collaborative education mechanism among schools,enterprises and institutions.Further improve the training quality,innovation and practical ability of master’s degree graduates in environmental engineering,and provide high-level and composite management and engineering technical talents for the industry.
