摘  要:目的:探究案例教学法配合带教路径表在普外科护理实习生带教中的应用价值。方法:收集2022年1月至2024年9月期间广州医科大学附属番禺中心医院普外科实习的护理实习生86例,自2023年4月采用案例教学法及路径表带教,2022年1月至2023年3月为参照组时间段,实习生共43例;2023年4月至2024年9月为观察组时间段,实习生共43例。参照组采用常规临床教学法带教,观察组采用案例教学法及路径表带教。比较两组出科考核成绩以及对教学方式的满意度。结果:相比参照组,观察组实习生护理理论知识、护理技能操作、病历分析、综合能力评价的出科考核成绩更高(P<0.05)。与参照组满意度(83.72%)相比,观察组对教学方式的满意度(97.67%)更高(P<0.05)。结论:带教普外科护理实习生采用案例教学法配合带教路径表的方式,可显著提升护理实习生护理理论知识、护理技能操作、病历分析、综合能力评价的考核成绩,且实习生对此教学方式的满意度更高,值得推广。Objective:To explore the application value of case teaching method combined with teaching path table in teaching general surgery nursing interns.Methods:A total of 86 nursing interns in the general surgery department of Panyu Central Hospital Affiliated to Guangzhou Medical University from January 2022 to September 2024 were collected.The case teaching method and path guide teaching were adopted from April 2023,and a total of 43 interns were taken as the reference group from January 2022 to March 2023.The observation group consisted of 43 interns from April 2023 to September 2024.The reference group was taught with the conventional clinical teaching method,and the observation group was taught with the case teaching method and the path teaching method.The two groups were compared in the examination results and their satisfaction with teaching methods.Results:Compared with the reference group,the scores of theoretical knowledge,nursing skill operation,medical record analysis and comprehensive ability evaluation of interns in the observation group were higher(P<0.05).Compared with the satisfaction of the reference group(83.72%),the satisfaction of the observation group with the teaching method(97.67%)was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:The case teaching method combined with teaching path table in teaching general surgery nursing interns can significantly improve the examination results of nursing theoretical knowledge,nursing skill operation,medical record analysis and comprehensive ability evaluation of nursing interns,and the interns are more satisfied with this teaching method,which is worthy of promotion.
