摘  要:党的二十届三中全会提出,高质量发展是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的首要任务。博士教师是艺术类高职院校高层次人才队伍重要组成部分,对于培养高素质专业化教师队伍具有重要意义。艺术类高职院校与博士教师共同体的建构直接关系到现代艺术职业教育的高质量发展,但由于学术资源匮乏、团队支撑不足、教学任务繁重和职业认知偏差等诸多现实因素的存在,共同体的建构面临着严峻挑战。因此要从实践出发,着眼师生福祉,优化资源配置,增强职业认同;坚持“四位一体”人才工作,拓宽引进渠道,科学规划发展;勇于先行先试,探索艺术类高职院校与博士教师共同体发展新模式,促进艺术职业教育的高质量发展.The Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed that high-quality development is the primary task of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way.Doctoral teachers are an important part of the high-level talent team of art vocational colleges,and it is of great significance for cultivating high-quality professional teachers.The construction of art vocational colleges and doctoral teacher communities is directly related to the high-quality development of modern art vocational education,but due to the existence of many practical factors such as lack of academic resources,insufficient team support,heavy teaching tasks and professional cognitive biases,the construction of the community is facing severe challenges.Therefore,it is necessary to start from practice,focus on the well-being of teachers and students,optimize the allocation of resources,and enhance professional identity;Adhere to the"four-in-one"talent work,broaden the introduction channels,and scientifically plan the development;We should be brave enough to take the lead in experimenting,explore new models for the development of art vocational colleges and doctoral teacher communities,and promote the high-quality development of art vocational education.
