摘 要:目的:构建基于柯氏模型的河南省营养专科护士培训效果评价指标体系,为营养专科护士培训效果评价提供参考依据。方法:以柯氏模型为理论框架,通过文献回顾法、半结构式访谈法初步拟定营养专科护士培训效果评价指标内容,于2024年4-5月采用德尔菲法进行专家函询,筛选指标并确定指标权重,从而构建营养专科护士培训效果评价指标体系。结果:共纳入20名函询专家,2轮专家函询问卷回收率分别为100.00%、95.00%,2轮专家函询权威系数分别为0.89、0.91,肯德尔协调系数分别为0.263、0.291(P<0.001)。最终确定的营养专科护士培训效果评价指标体系包括4项一级指标(反应层、学习层、行为层和结果层)、14项二级指标(组织管理、培训目标、培训方案、培训条件、师资团队、理论知识、实践技能、营养护理、营养教学、营养管理、科研工作、工作态度、个人效益、组织效益)和41项三级指标。结论:基于柯氏模型构建的河南省营养专科护士培训效果评价体系具有可靠性和和科学性,适用于评价营养专科护士培训效果。Objective:To develop an evaluation index system for the training effectiveness of nutrition specialist nurses in Henan Province based on Kirkpatrick model,so as to provide a reference for standardized training assessment.Methods:Using Kirkpatrick model as the theoretical framework,we initially drafted the evaluation indicators for nutrition specialist nurse training through literature review and semi-structured interviews.In April-May 2024,we conducted two rounds of Delphi method expert consultations to select indicators and determine their weights,thereby constructing the evaluation index system.Results:A total of 20 experts participated in the consultation.The response rates for the two rounds were 100.00%and 95.00%,respectively.The authority coefficients were 0.89 and 0.91,and the Kendall's W coefficients were 0.263 and 0.291(P<0.001).The final evaluation index system included four first-level indicators(reaction,learning,behavior,and results),14 second-level indicators(organization management,training objectives,training programs,training conditions,faculty team,theoretical knowledge,practical skills,nutrition care,nutrition education,nutrition management,research work,work attitude,personal benefits,and organizational benefits),and 41 third-level indicators.Conclusion:The evaluation system for nutrition specialist nurse training based on Kirkpatrick model is reliable and scientifically,and can be used to evaluate the training effect of nutrition specialist nurses.
