摘　　要：《管子》是我国先秦时期的一部重要的学术著作,最早提出了较为完善、系统的职业教育思想。文章深入剖析了《管子》中以民为本、因材施教、实践与创新等职业教育思想精髓,探讨了《管子》职业教育思想在当代教育环境中的适应性挑战,展望了职业教育思想发展的未来趋势。旨在通过发掘《管子》的现代意义,优化现代职教体系的专业设置,强化实践创新环节,为提升现代职教体系的综合素质教育提供借鉴。现代职教体系的具体实践也可以验证与丰富《管子》职业教育思想的内涵,从而实现古典智慧与现代职业教育实践的交响共鸣,推动现代职业教育的创新发展。Guanzi is an important academic work from the pre-Qin period in ancient China and was the first to propose a relatively complete and systematic thought on vocational education.This paper thoroughly analyzes the essence of the vocational education thought in Guanzi,which is people-oriented,teaching according to individual aptitude,and focused on practice and innovation.It also explores the challenges of adapting Guanzi's vocational education thought to the contemporary educational environment and looks forward to the future trends in the development of vocational education thought.The aim is to uncover the modern significance of Guanzi to provide references for optimizing the professional settings of the modern vocational education system,strengthening the practical and innovative components,and enhancing the overall quality education within the system.The specific practices of the modern vocational education system can also verify and enrich the connotations of Guanzi's vocational education thought,thus achieving a symphony of classical wisdom and modern vocational education practice and promoting the innovative development of modern vocational education.
