摘　　要：教育事关国家发展、民族未来。新时代,教育家精神的提出与弘扬是在全球教育事业深度变革的现实场域中提升教师专业素养与胜任能力、推动我国教育实现突破性新进展的应有之义,也是在建设教育强国战略目标下深入贯彻落实立德树人根本任务的必然要求。应从理解教育家精神的深刻内涵出发,明晰这一精神对于锻造高质量教师队伍、推进我国教育现代化发展、培养堪当大任的时代新人的重要价值,进而探究弘扬和践行教育家精神的有效路径。Education is related to national development and the future of the nation.In the new era,the proposal and promotion of the spirit of educators are the necessary meaning of improving teachers'professional quality and competency and promoting China's education to achieve new breakthroughs in the practical field of the profound changes of the global education cause.And they are also the inevitable requirements for deeply implementing the fundamental task of strengthening moral education and educating people under the strategic goal of building an education power.It is needed to start from understanding the profound connotations of the spirit of educators,and clarify its important value for building high-quality teaching staff,promoting China's education modernization development,and cultivating new generations that can assume great responsibilities,and then to explore and carry forward the practical paths to practice the spirit of educators.
