摘 要:目的通过分析临床观察-理论学习-病例讨论(observation-teaching-discussion,OTD)教学法联合标准化病人(standardized patient,SP)在临床麻醉学教学中的效果,探讨该教学方法的可行性和有效性。方法选取2022年1—7月南昌大学2020级麻醉专业本科生60名,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组30名学生。对照组学生采用传统的教学方法进行教学,试验组学生采用OTD教学法联合SP进行教学。课程结束后,分别收集2组学生的临床麻醉学课程理论成绩、操作成绩及教学效果满意度进行分析评价。结果试验组理论知识考试成绩和操作技术考试成绩为(85.07±5.09)分、(87.23±3.80)分,高于对照组[(80.30±6.14)分、(82.67±4.69)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组教学方法、教学氛围、教学效果及课程总体满意度评分为(8.47±0.86)分、(8.33±0.61)分、(8.27±0.74)分、(8.37±0.81)分,均高于对照组[(7.53±0.86)分、(7.60±0.72)分、(7.47±0.82)、分(7.53±0.73)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论采用OTD教学法联合SP可以更有效地提高学生的临床麻醉学理论知识水平和技术操作水平,提高学生的学习热情和教学满意度。Objective To analyze the effect of observation-teaching-discussion(OTD)teaching method combined with standardized patient(SP)in clinical anesthesiology teaching,and to explore the feasibility and effectiveness of this teaching method.Methods A total of 60 undergraduates majoring in anesthesia at grade 2020 in Nanchang University from January to July 2022 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 30 students in each group.The students in the control group were taught with traditional teaching methods,and the students in the experimental group were taught with OTD teaching method combined with SP.At the end of the course,the theoretical performance,operational performance and teaching effect satisfaction of the two groups of students were collected for analysis and evaluation.Results The test scores of theoretical knowledge and operational technique in experimental groups were(85.07±5.09)points and(87.23±3.80)points,which were higher than those in control group[(80.30±6.14)points and(82.67±4.69)points],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of teaching method,teaching atmosphere,teaching effect and overall course satisfaction of the experimental group were(8.47±0.86)points,(8.33±0.61)points,(8.27±0.74)points,(8.37±0.81)points.It was higher than the control group[(7.53±0.86)points,(7.60±0.72)points,(7.47±0.82)points,(7.53±0.73)points],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The application of OTD teaching method combined with SP can more effectively improve students'theoretical knowledge and technical operation level of clinical anesthesiology,improve students'enthusiasm for learning and teaching satisfaction.
