跨学科TBL教学法在妇产科学临床实习教学中的应用

摘  要:目的探讨跨学科基于团队的教学法(team-based learning,TBL)在妇产科学临床实习教学中的应用。方法选取2022年2-5月在中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院妇产科实习的学生64名为研究对象,根据教学方式分为对照组和试验组各32名,对照组采用传统的讲授式教学模式,试验组采用跨学科TBL教学法。比较2组学生出科时的实习综合考核成绩、教学满意度,试验组进行教学反馈问卷调查。结果试验组学生的妇产科实习理论成绩[(37.48±0.92)分]、病历书写[(19.98±0.24)分)]、技能考核[(19.99±0.81)分]高于对照组[(36.12±0.79)分、(18.93±0.51)分、(18.25±0.39)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组学生各项教学满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。试验组学生对教学效果评价方面,93.75%学生非常同意实习课程紧扣学习目标、87.50%学生非常同意临床案例分析加深对疾病的认识和理解。结论在妇产科学实习课程教学中采用跨学科TBL教学法,提升了学生的自主学习热情和临床推理技能,从进而提升了教学效果。Objective To investigate the application of interdisciplinary team-based learning(TBL)in the clinical internship of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods A total of 64 students from Sun Yat-sen University who interned in the department of obstetrics and gynecology at Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University from February to May 2022 were selected as the subjects.The students were divided into two groups according to the teaching methods:32 students in the control group and 32 students in the experimental group.Traditional lecture-based teaching was received by the control group,while interdisciplinary TBL was adopted by the experimental group.The comprehensive internship assessment scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared at the end of the internship.A teaching feedback questionnaire was also conducted among the experimental group.Results The experimental group achieved higher scores in obstetrics and gynecology internship theory[(37.48±0.92)points],medical record writing[(19.98±0.24)points],and skills assessment[(19.99±0.81)points]than the control group[(36.12±0.79)points],(18.93±0.51)points,(18.25±0.39)points],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of teaching satisfaction of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.001).In terms of teaching effect evaluation,93.75%of the students in the experimental group strongly agreed that the practice course should be closely related to the learning goal,and 87.50%of the students strongly agreed that the clinical case analysis should deepen the knowledge and understanding of the disease.Conclusion The application of interdisciplinary TBL in the obstetrics and gynecology internship teaching enhances students'enthusiasm for self-learning and clinical reasoning skills,thereby improving the teaching effectiveness.
