摘　　要：在“教育强国”建设中,要发挥高等教育的龙头作用。在高等教育课程中,课程思政是不可或缺的组成部分。为落实教育部对高校课程思政建设的要求,牡丹江医科大学病理生理学课程组着力打造医学专业基础课《病理生理学》的课程思政建设。在本门课程思政建设中,坚持以马克思主义理论为指导,将知识传授和价值引领相结合,把思政教育渗透到课程思政建设总体思想、确立课程目标、组建教学团队、明确教学内容并提炼思政元素、教学环节运行、改革教学方法、完善考核评价体系等各个方面,实现全员全程全方位育人的目标。《病理生理学》课程思政建设在学生价值塑造、知识传授、能力培养等方面取得了显著成效。课程组认为,通过课程思政潜移默化的渗透方式,达到了夯实专业、立德树人的成效,为医学院校《病理生理学》课程的思政建设提供了有益的借鉴。In the construction of"education power",higher education should play a leading role.In the higher education curriculum,curriculum ideology and politics is an indispensable component.In order to implement the requirements of the Ministry of Education for the ideological and political construction of college curriculum,the pathophysiology course group of Mudanjiang Medical University has made great efforts to build the ideological and political construction of the basic course of medical specialty Pathophysiology.In the ideological and political construction of this course,adhering to the guidance of Marxist theory,combining knowledge imparts and value guidance,ideological and political education is infiltrated into the overall idea of ideological and political construction of the course,establishing course objectives,building teaching teams,clarifying teaching content and refining ideological and political elements,teaching link operation,reforming teaching methods,improving assessment and evaluation system and other aspects,to achieve the goal of educating all staff in an all-round way.The ideological and political construction of Pathophysiology has achieved remarkable results in shaping students'value,implanting knowledge and cultivating ability.The course team believes that through the imperceptibly infiltration of the course's ideology and politics,it has achieved the effect of consolidating the profession,cultivating morality and cultivating people,and provides a useful reference for the ideological and political construction of Pathophysiology course in medical colleges.
