摘 要:新中国成立以来,我国基础教育的“强师”之路历经初创探索、规范发展、巩固攀升三个阶段。《新时代基础教育强师计划》的出台推动政策体系不断完善,标志着我国迈向建设高素质专业化创新型教师队伍的新征程。党的二十大再次强调“培养高素质教师队伍”,彰显党对教师队伍建设的高度重视。深层结构上,社会主要矛盾转化深刻影响教师队伍发展;发展路向上,教师教育体系建设是我国“强师”的现实路径;根本动力上,教师队伍建设理念更新是培养高素质教师队伍的内在原动力;机制特色上,教师管理综合改革的不断深化集中展现新时代中国特色强师机制。展望未来,我国基础教育“强师”之举措需持续从如下方面发力:加强校际联动共研共进对流效应;以乡土化消解乡村教师流失隐忧;以数智融合推进教师队伍信息化发展。Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the development of China’s basic education teaching force has gone through three key phases:initial exploration,standardized development,and consolidation and advancement.The introduction of the Plan for Strengthening Teacher Development in Basic Education for the New Era has driven continuous policy improvements,marking a new journey toward building a high-quality,professional,and innovative teaching workforce.The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)further emphasized the need to“cultivate a high-quality teaching force”,underscoring the Party’s unwavering commitment to teacher development.At the structural level,the evolving principal contradictions in society profoundly shape the trajectory of teacher workforce development.In terms of practical pathways,the establishment of a robust teacher education system serves as a critical approach to strengthening the teaching profession.The fundamental driving force lies in the continuous renewal of teacher development philosophies,which fuels the cultivation of high-quality educators.Institutionally,the deepening comprehensive reform of teacher management exemplifies the distinctively Chinese approach to teacher development in the new era.Looking ahead,China must focus on the following key measures to further strengthen its basic education teaching force:strengthen the convective effect of interschool joint research and progress;dispelling the hidden worry of the loss of rural teachers by localization;promote the informatization development of teachers by integrating data and intelligence.
