“双元制”人才培养模式的研究与实践——以苏州健雄职业技术学院为例

摘  要:“双元制”是由企业和职业学校共同实施的人才培养模式,结合太仓市德资企业实际,简述苏州健雄职业技术学院对德合作、产教融合、专业建设的基本概况。重点提出“双元制”的合作育人“双元”联动、工学交替“三站”互动、政府行业“多方”协同的人才培养实践,强调“双元制”人才培养要实现“树木”到“森林”的规模化、“联合”到“联动”的一体化、“实训”到“实战”的数字化、“建立”到“建成”的标准化、“出圈”到“出海”的国际化的建设建议,为职业院校创新“双元制”人才培养模式提供参考。The features of"dual-system"of personnel training mode implemented by enterprises and vocational schools is described.Combined with the actual situation of German-funded enterprises in Taicang city,the basic overview of the cooperation with German-funded enterprises,the integration of industry and education and the major construction on Suzhou Chien-Shiung Institute of Technology is introduced.The paper mainly proposes the dual-system of the personnel training practice,which includes cooperation education and dual-interaction,"work and study transition"and interaction among three stations and multi-party collaboration.The suggestions for the development of dual-system of personnel training on the scaling-up from"Trees"to"Forests",the integration from"Integration"to"Synergy",the digitalization from"Practical Training"to"Real Combat",the standardization from"Establish"to"Build"and the internationalization from"Public"to"International"were brought forward,which provide a reference for the innovation of"Dual-System"personnel training mode in vocational colleges.
