摘 要:人民调解是具有中国特色的非诉讼解决机制,对完善社会治理体系,健全共建共治共享的社会治理制度具有重要意义。多数人民调解课程往往以法学为主线开展理论讲授,本研究从沟通心理学视角出发,运用心理剧的原理和技术开展实训教学,使表演学生和观摩学生都可以在教学中积极参与并有所收获,从而提升学生开展此类社会工作的实践能力。通过创编和排演心理情景剧辅助实训教学,学生在人民调解员职业认同、适应矛盾纠纷现场压力、敢于沟通和善于沟通方面都有一定提升。People's mediation is a non-litigation resolution mechanism with distinctive Chinese cultural characteristics.It plays an important role in improving the social governance system and in perfecting a governance system that is built,governed,and shared by all.Most people's mediation courses typically focus on legal theories as the main thread of instruction.We integrate perspectives from communication psychology into these courses,applying the principles and techniques of psychodrama for practical training.This allows both performing students and observing students to actively participate and gain valuable experience,enhancing their practical skills in conducting this type of social work.By creating and performing psychological situational drama scenarios to assist with practical training,students improve in areas such as professional identity as mediators,adapting to the pressures of conflict resolution on-site,and developing the courage and skills to communicate effectively.
