摘 要:目的:探讨基于成果导向教育(outcome-based education,OBE)理念的混合式教学在泌尿外科本科实习教学中的应用效果。方法:选取50位在我院泌尿外科实习的临床本科生,随机分为传统教学组(25人)和OBE混合教学组(25人)。对照组开展传统教学方法,研究组基于OBE理念,利用腾讯视频会议、钉钉、微信等平台开展混合式教学。比较二组学生的理论知识和实践技能能力,同时采用问卷星客观评估学习态度、沟通组织能力、临床思维能力以及教学满意度。结果:相较于传统课堂教学模式,混合教学组学生的理论知识、实践技能、学习态度、沟通组织能力、临床思维能力和教学满意度有较为显著的提升。结论:基于OBE理念的混合式教学可有效提高实习学生的综合能力,有一定的推广意义。Objective:To explore the application efficacy of a blended learning model based on the outcome-based education(OBE)philosophy in undergraduate urology clinical internships.Methods:50 clinical undergraduates undergoing urology internships at our institution were enrolled and randomly assigned to a traditional instruction group(=25)and an OBE-blended learning group(=25).The control group received traditional teaching methods while the study group received blended teaching based on OBE,using online communication platforms such as Tencent Video Conference,DingTalk,and WeChat.After the training the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of the two groups were compared.The students'learning attitude,communication and organization ability,clinical thinking score,and teaching satisfaction were evaluated using the Questionnaire Star survey applet.Results:The OBE-blended group demonstrated superior performance in theoretical assessments and clinical skills.Additionally,significant improvements were observed in learning engagement,organizational communication,and clinical thinking.Notably,the OBE cohort demonstrated significantly higher satisfaction rates.Conclusion:The OBE-driven blended learning model effectively enhances clinical competencies and comprehensive skill development among urology interns,offering a replicable framework for surgical education reform.
