摘  要:随着我国经济的快速发展,中职烹饪专业人才培养任务逐渐加强,推动“岗课赛证”融通成为现阶段烹饪专业高质量发展的重要研究方向。本文基于中职烹饪专业的实际情况,结合近年实施“岗课赛证”融通育人模式应用中存在的问题,有针对性地提出应对方式,对人才培养策略方面进行深入探究,以期培养出具备高素质的烹饪技能型人才。With the rapid development of China's economy,the training task of cooking professional talents in secondary vocational schools has been gradually strengthened,and promoting the integration of"post class competition certificate"has become an important research direction for the high-quality development of cooking majors at the present stage.Based on the actual situation of secondary vocational cooking major,combined with the problems existing in the application of the application of the integrated education mode of"post class competition certificate"in recent years,this paper puts forward targeted coping methods,and conducts in-depth exploration of the talent training strategy,in order to cultivate high-quality cooking skilled talents.
