摘 要:针对新形势下工科高校科研团队中研究生创新能力亟待进一步提升的难题,从育人理念确立、学科文化传承、科研团队构建、创新平台打造及指导方法探寻等方面出发,采用协同增强、协同互促、协同互补和协同共促等方法,提出了研究生创新能力提升的实践途径,介绍了以培养出优秀军工拔尖人才为代表的明显成效,力图为更好地破解新形势下研究生创新能力培养难题提供借鉴和参考。The urgent need to further enhance the innovative ability of graduate students in engineering university research teams under new circumstances is addressed.It starts from establishing educational concepts,inheriting disciplinary culture,building research teams,creating innovative platforms,and exploring guiding methods.Through collaborative enhancement,mutual promotion,complementary collaboration,and coordinated promotion,practical approaches are proposed to enhance the innovative ability of graduate students.Notable achievements are introduced,which are represented by the cultivation of outstanding talents in the defense industry,aiming to provide references and insights for better addressing the challenges in cultivating the innovative ability of graduate students under new circumstances.
