摘　　要：健全的人才培养体系是高质量专业教育教学的重要基础。在当前我国新型电力系统建设背景下,针对当前电气工程专业人才培养体系存在的缺陷,以新时期电力行业对电气工程专业人才的质量需求为导向,从培养目标、教学模式、课程体系、教学方式、思政教育路径、考核机制等方面进行改革创新,提高高校专业教育与行业人才需求之间的适配度,为我国能源电力人才培养提供支撑,助力我国能源转型。A sound talent cultivation system is an important foundation for high-quality professional education and teaching.Under the current background of the construction of the novel power system in our country,in view of the defects in the current electrical engineering professional talent training system,and guided by the quality demand of the power industry for electrical engineering professionals in the new era,reforms and innovations are carried out in terms of training objectives,teaching modes,curriculum systems,teaching methods,ideological and political education paths,assessment mechanisms,etc.,to improve the adaptability between university professional education and industry talent demand,and provide support for the cultivation of energy and power talents in our country,assisting the energy transition.
