摘　　要：新质人才是新质生产力发展的关键因素和重要资源。新质人才培养的基础在教育,数智技术为教育助力新质人才培养提供了工具支撑,为教育高质量发展提供了广阔的天地。理解数智化时代教育培养新质人才的必要性,首先需在科学认识新质人才内涵特质的基础上,厘清数智技术与新质人才培养的耦合关联,探究数智化时代教育培养新质人才的可能空间。数智化时代新质人才的培养不仅要满足时代对技术人才的需求,还要适应教育教学改革需要,进一步提升人才培养质量,这为教育助力新质人才培养提供了源源不断的内在动力。教育助力新质人才培养需要发挥数智技术优势,通过技术增能、技术扩能、技术释能、技术赋能等手段,强化人机协同、推动跨学科教育、创新人才培养模式、实施规模化因材施教,以期培养出服务新质生产力发展需要、能够担当民族复兴大任的新质人才。New quality talents are the key factors and important resources for the development of new quality productivity.The foundation of the training of new talents is education,and the digital technology provides tools to support the training of new talents,and provides a broad world for the development of education.To understand the necessity of cultivating new talents in education in the era of digital intelligence,we need to understand the connotation and characteristics of new talents on the basis of scientific understanding of new talents,clarify the coupling between digital intelligence technology and the cultivation of new talents,and explore the possible space for cultivating new talents in education in the era of digital intelligence.In the era of digital intelligence,education should not only meet the demand for technical talents in the era of digital intelligence,but also adapt to the needs of education and teaching reform in the era of digital intelligence,and further improve the quality of talent cultivation in the era of digital intelligence,which provides a constant internal impetus for education to help the cultivation of new talents.To help cultivate new talents,it is necessary to give full play to the advantages of digital and intellectual technology,strengthen human-computer synergy,promote interdisciplinary education,innovate talent cultivation modes,and implement large-scale tailor-made education by means of technological enhancement,technological expansion,technological release,and technological empowerment.It is the aim of cultivating new talents who can serve the needs of new productive forces and take up the great responsibility of national rejuvenation.
