摘 要:我国高质量幼儿园教育的核心标志是“幼儿的全面和谐发展”。百余年来,我国幼儿园课程改革在追求这一目标的过程中产生了丰富的本土化课程改革成果。通过对我国幼儿园课程改革实践经验及理论成果的理性审辨,发现当下的幼儿园课程改革研究应回到教师、聚焦教师所处的关系网络。运用场域理论对幼儿园课程改革展开系统性、关系性的剖析,发现幼儿园教师与社会结构之间是互构关系,幼儿园课程改革场域与其他场域是相对独立且彼此依存的关系,教师群体内部是分化而共生的关系。为了构建高质量的幼儿园课程体系,我国的幼儿园课程改革应重视对课程改革场域“自组织原则”的澄清与解读,坚持以“自我生成与完善”为前提的“交流”“借鉴”与“学习”,以教师惯习的转向为着力点推动课程改革落到实处,通过赋权增能重建融合取向的场域文化,强化课程改革的“集体意向”。The hallmark of high-quality preschool education in our country is"the comprehensive and harmonious development of young children".In pursuit of this objective,our nation has generated a wealth of localized reform outcomes in preschool curriculum over the past century.A rational analysis of the practical experiences and theoretical advancements in preschool curriculum reform reveals that current research should refocus on teachers and examine the relational networks they inhabit.Employing field theory to undertake a holistic and relational analysis of preschool curriculum reform,it is revealed that the relationship between preschool teachers and social structures is mutually constitutive;the field of preschool curriculum reform is relatively independent and interdependent with other fields;and the relationship among teachers within the group is differentiated and symbiotic.To establish a high-quality preschool curriculum system,future reforms must emphasize clarifying and interpreting the"self-organizing principle"inherent to these initiatives,maintaining"self-generation and improvement"as foundational to processes of"communication","reference",and"learning".Additionally,attention should be directed towards transforming teachers'habitual practices to ensure effective implementation of reforms.By fostering empowerment through reconstructing an integrative cultural framework within this field,we can enhance the collective intent driving curricular transformation.
