摘  要:目的探讨情景模拟教学法在中医住院医师规范化培训(以下简称“住培”)临床技能培训中的应用效果。方法选取70名住培医师作为研究对象,分为试验组(情景模拟教学)和对照组(传统教学),每组35人。通过迷你临床演练评估(Mini-CEX)和调查问卷评估对比两组培训效果。结果与对照组相比,试验组Mini-CEX评分明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组对教学法在“调动学习积极性和主动性,激发学习兴趣”“提高分析和解决问题的能力”“提高临床诊疗能力”“提高临床思维能力”“提高医患沟通能力”“提高团队协作能力”方面的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组“提升记忆效果”“增强对相关疾病或相关技能知识点理解”方面的满意度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论情景模拟教学法能够提高中医住培临床技能培训效果,有助于提高中医住培医师临床岗位胜任力。Objective To explore the application effect of scenario simulation method in clinical skills training of standardized training of traditional Chinese medicine residents.Methods A total of 70 cases of doctors were selected as subjects of this study.They were divided into traditional teaching group and scenario simulation teaching group,with 35 cases in each group.After the training,the Mini-CEX scores and the satisfaction of the physicians in teaching of the two groups were compared.Results The Mini-CEX scores of the scenario simulation teaching group were significantly better than the traditional teaching group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The application of situation simulation teaching method in mobilizing learning enthusiasm and initiative,the satisfaction degree of teaching effect of stimulating learning interest,improving the ability of analyzing and solving problems,improving the ability of clinical diagnosis and treatment,improving the ability of clinical thinking,improving the ability of communication between doctors and patients and improving the ability of team cooperation was higher than that of the traditional teaching method,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the traditional teaching group and scenario simulation teaching group in improving the memory effect and enhancing the understanding of related diseases or related skills(P>0.05).Conclusion The scenario simulation teaching method can improve the effect of clinical skills training of standardized training of traditional Chinese medicine residents,and help to improve the clinical competence of resident doctors.
