摘 要:中医各家学说为本科后期阶段的理论提高课,是理论基础与中医临床相衔接的桥梁课程,也是培养中医类学生临床思维不可或缺的一门必修课。现阶段此课程的教学以课堂老师单方面强势灌输、课后学生复习总结的传统模式为主,形式单一、内容枯燥,难以有效培养学生的学习兴趣与思维,亦难以有效地衔接临床。此文基于目前课程传统教学模式单一固化、内容枯燥乏味、缺乏临床思维培养的现状,提出以病案为引导,丰富教学设计,老师、学生双主体的新型教学模式,以提高学生主动学习与思考的能力,调动其学习兴趣,并培养其团队协作与临证诊疗能力,从而实现学生临床思维能力的提高。Theories of school of traditional Chinese medicine is an advanced theoretical course in the later stage of undergraduate studies,which serves as a bridge between theoretical foundations and clinical practice.It is also an essential compulsory course for students majoring in traditional Chinese medicine to apply their knowledge in clinical practice and cultivate their clinical thinking.Currently,the traditional teaching mode for the various schools of thought mainly relies on the teacher’s one-sided lecture and the traditional teaching method of summarizing after class.This mode is single in form and dull in content,making it difficult to cultivate students’learning interest and thinking patterns,and difficult to connect with clinical practice.In this paper,based on the current situation of the single and dull traditional teaching mode,the lack of clinical thinking training,and the difficulty in connecting with clinical practice,the authors proposed a new teaching mode that is guided by medical records,enriched in teaching design,and with the teacher and student as dual subjects.This mode aims to enhance students’active learning and thinking abilities,increase their interest in learning,cultivate their teamwork and clinical diagnosis and treatment skills,and ultimately improve their clinical thinking abilities.
