学前师范生数学文化素养培养策略探究

摘  要:数学文化素养是学前师范生不可或缺的数学核心素养,具有提升教育实践能力、铸就坚实文化自信、培养探索进取精神等积极意义,更是激发幼儿数学探索兴趣、培育数学认知的关键。调查结果亦表明,数学文化素养在幼儿园教师的专业素养中占据重要地位,对幼儿的数学发展具有深远影响。然而,当前关于学前师范生数学文化素养的研究尚显匮乏。本文通过实践研究与文献综合分析,提出了“基于专业标准优化培养方案”“激发学生学习兴趣增强文化自信”“以《指南》为引领积淀专业知识”等培养学前师范生数学文化素养的策略,为浙西南山区的学前师范教育提供一定参考,同时也为相关领域的研究和实践提供有益借鉴。Mathematical cultural literacy is an essential core mathematical literacy for preschool teacher training students.It has positive significance in enhancing educational practice ability,building solid cultural confidence,and cultivating exploratory and enterprising spirit,and it is also the key to stimulating young children’s interests in mathematical exploration and cultivating mathematical cognition.Survey results also indicate that mathematical cultural literacy plays a significant role in the professional literacy of kindergarten teachers and has a profound impact on the mathematical development of young children.However,there is still a lack of research on mathematical cultural literacy of preschool teacher training students. Through practicalresearch and comprehensive literature analysis,the article proposes strategies for cultivating mathematicalcultural literacy of preschool teacher training students such as“optimizing training programs based onprofessional standards”,“stimulating students’interests in learning to enhance cultural confidence”,and“following the Guide to accumulate professional knowledge”. It provides certain references for preschool teachereducation in the mountainous areas of southwest Zhejiang,and also offers useful insights for research andpractice in related fields.
