摘  要:教育家精神作为中国式教育现代化的精神写照,是体育教师队伍高质量建设的重要指引与动力源泉。运用文献资料法与逻辑分析法,以“是何-为何-如何”为主线,提出教育家精神引领体育教师队伍高质量建设的认识向度、价值向度与实践向度。研究认为,教育家精神引领体育教师队伍高质量建设进而塑造教育家型体育教师,具有主观性与客观性相统一、继承性与创造性相衔接、特殊性与普遍性相协调、理论性与实践性相呼应的特征。研究发现,教育家精神引领体育教师队伍高质量建设的价值在于为体育教师自我师德修养提供目标指引,为体育教师专业素养提升提供路径支撑,为社会公众认同体育教师提供正面符号。据此,提出以教育家精神引领体育教师队伍高质量建设的中国特色实践路径:以心有大我、至诚报国的理想信念,深化体育教师专业认同;以言为士则、行为世范的道德情操,培育体育教师专业道德;以启智润心、因材施教的育人智慧,拓展体育教师专业知识;以勤学笃行、求是创新的躬耕态度,提升体育教师专业能力;以乐教爱生、甘于奉献的仁爱之心,革新体育教师专业理念;以胸怀天下、以文化人的弘道追求,明确体育教师专业目标。As a reflection of the spirit of Chinese education modernization,educator spirit is an important guideline and source of motivation to lead the high-quality construction of physical education teaching faculties.By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper proposes the dimensions of cognition,value and practice of educator spirit in leading the high-quality construction of physical education teaching faculties,based on the main line of“what,why and how”.It concludes that educator spirit leads the high-quality construction of physical education teaching faculties so as to shape educator-style physical education teachers,who is characterized by the unity of subjectivity and objectivity,the connection between inheritance and creativity,the coordination of specificity and universality and the correspondence between theory and practice.This paper finds that the value of educator spirit in leading the high-quality construction of physical education teaching faculties is to provide goal guidance for physical education teachers’self-cultivation of teacher ethics,to provide path support for the improvement of physical education teachers’professionalism,and to provide positive symbols for the public to identify with the physical education teachers.Based on the above analysis,the following practice paths are proposed:to deepen the professional identity of physical education teachers with the ideal conviction of greater self and serving the country with sincerity;to cultivate the professional morality of physical education teachers with the ethical sentiment of speaking and behaving as a model of the world;to expand the professional knowledge of physical education teachers with the cultivating wisdom of enlightening the mind and nourishing the heart and individualized teaching;to improve the professional ability of physical education teachers with the attitude of diligent study and conduct,and seeking knowledge and innovation;to innovate the professional ideology of physical education teac
