摘 要:数智赋能体育教研员专业化发展是加快推进教育数字化的必由之路。运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,探讨数智赋能体育教研员专业化发展的应然样态、实然困境与提升路径。研究认为,数智赋能体育教研员专业化发展的应然样态为形成数智体育教研共同体、生成数智体育教研能力、养成数智体育教研思维、建成数智体育教研队伍。数智赋能体育教研员专业化发展的实然困境表现为体育教研员角色认知不清晰、数智体育教研能力表征不全、数智体育教研思维尚未建立、数智体育教研队伍建设缓慢。据此提出提升路径:深化角色认知,增强数智体育教研互动;依托数智技术,创生体育教研员教研能力;革新教研思维,促进体育教研员可持续发展;优化准入标准,强化数智体育教研培训。The empowerment of digital intelligence in advancing the professional development of physical education(PE)teaching-researchers represents a crucial pathway for accelerating educational digitalization.By the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this study examines the ideal paradigm,practical dilemmas and enhangcement pathways for PE researchers’professional development empowered by digital intelligence.The findings propose an ideal paradigm comprising:establishing a digital intelligence-empowered PE research community,developing digital intelligence-driven research competencies,cultivating digital intelligence-oriented research thinking and constructing a professional team for intelligent PE research.The practical dilemmas include ambiguous role identification among PE researchers,underdeveloped digital intelligence research capacities,unformed data-driven research mind and slow progress in team development.Based on these,the enhancement pathways are put forward:Deepening professional cognition to facilitate interactive research practices;Harnessing digital intelligence technologies to enhance teaching-researchers’capabilities;Innovating research paradigms to ensure their sustainable development;And optimizing qualification criteria to strengthen specialized training programs.
