内容语言融合指导下的高职学生英语能力的培养策略

摘  要:在全球化与信息化浪潮下,传统职业教育英语教学模式难以契合现代社会对复合型人才的需求,学生亟需兼具扎实语言基础与专业知识。内容语言融合教育理念为高职英语教学带来新思路,强调语言与学科内容有机结合,助力学生在学习专业时提升语言运用能力。基于此,高职英语教学可从多方面改革。课程设计由“通用英语”向“职业英语+”转变,紧密关联专业领域;教学方法从“教师讲授”变为“任务驱动”,借真实任务与实践活动提升学生语言应用及职业素养;评价体系从“单一考试”转向“能力评估”,关注综合能力;学习环境从“封闭课堂”走向“校企联动”,提供多元学习环境;师资建设从“纯语言教师”发展为“双师型团队”,要求教师兼具语言教学与行业知识。Under the tide of globalization and informatization,the traditional English teaching mode in vocational education is difficult to meet the needs of modern society for compound talents.Students urgently need to have both a solid language foundation and professional knowledge.The concept of Content and Language Integration(CLI)brings new ideas to English teaching in higher vocational colleges,emphasizing the organic combination of language and subject content,and helping students improve their language application ability while learning their majors.Based on this,English teaching in higher vocational colleges can be reformed in many aspects.The curriculum design should shift from"General English"to"Vocational English+",closely related to the professional field;the teaching method should change from"teacher lecturing"to"task-driven",and through real tasks and practical activities,students'language application ability and professionalism can be improved;the evaluation system should shift from"single examination"to"ability assessment",paying attention to comprehensive abilities;the learning environment should change from a"closed classroom"to"college-enterprise linkage",providing a diversified learning environment;the construction of teaching staff should develop from"pure language teachers"to a"dual-qualified teaching team",requiring teachers to have both language teaching ability and industry knowledge.
